HUNDRED WATTS:

A Life in Music

Ron Watts is one of the most influential men in the history of British music.

He’d already worked with some of the biggest names in the business (a mention in a Parliamentary report into pornography being just one of his claims to fame) when he stumbled across the Sex Pistols in early 1976. From then on, Ron became the foremost promoter in the first wave of punk.

He staged the legendary 100 Club festival, managed the Damned and helped shape the greatest cultural revolution of the past fifty years. With a foreword by Glen Matlock, Hundred Watts is the story of a life at the cutting edge of the music business.

Launched on 12th August 2006 at the WASTED festival, Blackpool.
